Horrible bedside manner. Not personable at all, insulting and offers no reassurance to patients nor will she even answer questions. I was stunned how bad she was.

I went to Dr.Volf for the first time this past week, I recommend anyone who has an upcoming appointment with her to cancel. When you make an appointment with a dermatologist odds are you are already self conscious about your skin and want to resolve the issue. I have never dealt with a doctor more ignorant than this woman, shocked she still treats patients if I am being honest. Absolutely no bedside manner, unfriendly, seemed to be in a rush, answered no questions, and did not go over how to use any of the new medicine she prescribed. The worst part was is that in my health form history it shows how I have battled with depression and anxiety, and she had the audacity to ask “is that just fake or are you seriously dealing with that?” For a doctor to undermine mental illness like that is completely unacceptable, I felt embarrassed and ashamed to say that actually yes it was serious and I have been battling it for years. I would like to see her fired, if I could I’d give her 0 stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Volf's for over a year now. After reading some of the reviews, I can say my personal experience has been Great. I understand some people think Dr's have a magic wand to fix their ailment, but unfortunately that is not how medicine works. Some see instant change while others do not. I found her to be very professional and explained my options clearly and concisely allowing me to have an opinion and chose.

She is strangely unpleasant to deal with as a doctor. Ms. Volf apparently does not know how to communicate with patients, nor does she care to try to figure that out. She does make you feel like an object, a thing for her to look at and then make notes to her assistant. All other staff there (including the assistant) were very nice. But Dr Volf made me feel so uncomfortable that I would not like to ever see her again.

Horrible!!!! Dr. VolfZ had us wait about 45 minutes to see her. When she finally came into the room she was rude, not very informative and she treated us in a very despective manner. I was accompanying my mother to see Dr. Volf and also serving as her interpreter. Dr. Volf never made eye contact with my mother her bedside manner was extremely cold. The entire time the doctor was speaking to her subordinate and ignoring the patient. Finally after a very awkward not very helpful visit the doctor had pretty much no help to offer and was almost mocking my mother for coming in.

I love the office staff here. Always accommodating, pleasant and quick. Dr. Volf is very knowledgeable, and was nice to my 15 y.o. daughter who has a severe, somewhat rare, disease; Hidradenitis Suppurativa. She diagnosed her with Stage 3 of 4 stages, and basically said,in front of my kid, that I was a horrible mother if I didn't allow her to take Humira! Her reason, and I quote; "This is a quality of life issue. She won't be able to wear a bikini!"!!!! Really lady...

Did a biopsy of a mole on my husband's back, and then an office surgical procedure based on the biopsy results. Dr. Volf was pleasant, listened carefully to several concerns and modified her approach to allow for them. She explained everything before she did it. She gave detailed post-op instructions both verbally an in writing. I am an RN, and I felt that Dr. Volf showed both professional competence and concern for her patient's comfort.

My experience was a lot less than one star--she came into the office to do a skin check--didn't do a thorough one. I also asked about a skin condition on my face--she answered without taking a careful look-then prescribed something (without telling me why), and come to find out, the prescription could make my condition worse! I called her for an explanation--she never called me back, but told the nurse she did. I have caller ID so I know she did not-medical notes were incorrect, too.

Unfriendly, rude, insensitive. First comment upon walking in, "Wow, you have really bad acne." Made one treatment suggestion, and when I was comfortable with the serious side effects (they could affect my mental health, something I already have a history of complications with) and was looking to discuss other options, she basically told me that was all she could do. She left without asking if I had any questions about what she did prescribe - as I left I saw her texting in the corner oftheoffice
