Dr. Pae is unbelievably cruel. She berated us for taking up ER resources and in the same breath, informed us of an infection and a cancerous mass. She was so cruel in her delivery and also started talking about death and life expectancy unprovoked. She didn't even give us a minute to process the news before telling us not to come into the ER anymore and to get our affairs in order. So cruel.

Rude and inconsiderate. I was in incredibly amount of pain. Ordered medication without any explanation. When I could not tolerate the medication she became even more rude and belligerent. No compassion at all.

She has earned zero stars. horrendous experience from start to finish. Not sure what she's so mad about but she's rude, dismissive and then is unwilling to work with the insurance company on negotiated rates despite the fact that she's operating in an ER environment. It's disheartening ER patients are subjected to this type of treatment. I hope to never be her patient again.

Only received attitude from her and was made to feel worse because of her disbelief. In the end another doctor admitted me and they found that I actually had a life threatening situation. If the other doctor hadn’t seen me, I don’t know where I’d be right now.

Went to Dr. Pae for an emergency room visit. She was extremely unprofessional. Not only did she give me and my family so much attitude during our visit, but she also left us to wait in the room multiple times while she went outside to gossip (we could hear her through the door). Would not recommend.
