Degrading
I went in to have a painful lump on my back checked out. The appointment was very rushed (around 15 minutes), and inconclusive. His suggestion was that it was a lump of fat that is common for women who are overweight, and that I should just wear a corset (not medical) to cover it.

There is no care associated with this practice. My son has cerebral palsy and I have to beg for treatments and medicines literally.

Dr. Monasterio has been there for me and my family. He always goes the extra mile for us. I'm able to talk to him on a one-to-one basis. He is able to explain everything to me so that I can understand the different procedures I have to go through. I appreciate everything he has done for me and my family.
