Dr. Guray and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I am always at ease at my appointments and I feel like they are family. I am extremely satisfied with the care I receive and truly appreciate the proactive care I receive. Dr. Guray has helped me become healthier and stronger as I get older and that is truly a gift!

$600 flu shots!!!
She has been nothing but a pain for my folks. She tried to charge them $600 a piece for flu shots. And the service is terrible.

Great primary doctor
I have been Dr Guray’s patient for many years with several medical issues including diabetes and a blood disease called Cythemia Vera.. I have always been very satisfied with my treatment at Trinity Family Clinic. It is due to the care I have received there that I’m still alive and able to live at home. She always takes whatever time is necessary so you might have to wait but it’s worth it. And her diagnoses have always been spot on. If you are looking for a primary care physician you can do no better in my estimation.

Avoid Dr Guray at all cost...am reporting her to the Attorney General for the negligence she displayed in not getting an appropriate update to my mother’s needed medication after being tested for Covid-19. My mom passed away going a full week without meds due to no follow up despite repeated calls to update prescription with no response.

I called the office and left a message to request pain medication to help manage my shingles pain. There was no response from her office. I did not feel cared for. Her nurse has an attitude.

She doesn't even take her eyes off her laptop. 3 hrs wait always. Doesn't want to help you Ithaca any issues you came in for. She doesn't know anything about me even though I'm in there once a week. I have 4 bulging discs in my back she won't give me anything because she doesn't want me to be addicted. She's more worried about me loosing weight then stopping my pain. My sister also goes heres and does not like the care she's receiving we are both currently long for new drs.
