Horrible bedside manner and misdiagnosed me that could have lead to my death. Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life by far.

Arrogant and completely not up to date on the latest medical knowledge. I would never go to him again.

Strongly suggest you go to another doctor for anything related to infectious disease. Dr. Shapiro is a prime example of how insulated from reality academics can become in their ivory tower.
