Horrible Staff
Impossible to get provider to fill out forms or relay information to insurance/resources that request information. Requires a new appointment for forms discussed during previous appointment. All around has been a detriment to my current situations. A nice guy, but the rest of the office and procedures make that a moot point. This office needs serious revaluation. A shame since before the merge with Maine health, I would not be writing this. Shows what hiring incompetent staff, and not keeping doctors reliable for the practice they serve does for the patient. Find another office for your medical needs until the issue at this office are worked out.

Never saw the doctor because we were 13 minutes late do to weather and traffic even though they were running 30 minutes behind schedule. Worse experience I have had at a doctors office.
