Excellent and attentive medical care

I went to my appointment that I thought was at 11am and it was actually 10:30 his medical assistant still found a way to get me in. There was no wait time I was in and out. She was nothing short of amazing. And of course Dr Herman is the best. Thank you guys so much

I have been going to Dr. Herman for many years now, and have recommended him to several friends. He is the most caring doctor I know. He takes the time to listen and follows up on any concerns. If you need a specialist, he will find you the best and do whatever it takes to get you in quickly. I truly enjoy my doctor appointments. I will say his calm demeanor puts me so much at ease that my blood pressure is probably lower in his office than anywhere else! Dr. Herman is a true professional. Intelligent, caring, and one of a kind!

Needed a quick appointment for cat bites and he got me in right away. Didn’t know cat bites could be so bad. Thank you for your help.

Dr Herman is imminently qualified and excellent at what he does. He keeps on top of all the latest medical developments and continues his study of medicine. One of the things that make him truly exceptional is his sincere personal concern for his patients. He spends whatever time is required to address your health issues and educates you on how to better care for yourself. I've never had a doctor like him. Highly recommended.

I’m new to the practice. They staff was very nice and Dr. Herman had excellent bedside manner. Very down to earth, and didn’t make me feel rushed. Easy to talk to, and I can tell he loves what he does. I will definitely continue to see him.

Dr Herman has been my doctor for several years. He has always provided me with outstanding service and advise.

My husband was a patient of dr Herman for a year. He has pancreatic cancer. He was told on a prior visit by dr Herman that he doesn’t need to be seen anymore. He said you can handle everything at your cancer center. My husband is a diabetic and that is absurd. CZncer centers don’t treat diabetes or other medical problems. My husband now has a painful UTI. This is a bad doctor. That is horrible bedside matter. Not to mention the staff is always rude. An Exception is the lady w the British accent

Dr. Eugene Herman...is one of the best and finest highly educated doctors you will ever want to have as your doctor...he saved my mother's life and has the greatest outlook in life and bedside manner..he is truly a professional and spends time with his patient and clearly explains everything in detail. I flew from out of State to bring my medical records and labs for him to give me his expertise and opionion about what he saw in my labs and to follow his advice..I am ready to fly to MI again.

The office staff was friendly, but I would NEVER recommend Dr. Herman to anyone. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be running tons of unnecessary tests for money with poor excuses. . His bedside manner was awkward and WEIRD and Im extremely thankful an assistant was in the room because I felt extremely uncomfortable with him by myself. I will not be returning to this practice and I will be advising others to RUN too.
