Excellent physician. Very professional but yet relatable with an outstanding staff. He communicated effectively the steps of the procedures and the scope of the colonoscopy. Once completed he personally followed up with the results and answered any questions. Felt completely at ease with the physician, his excellent staff (Tiffany, Melissa, Cee Cee, Natalie and Natalie) Great care!!

I was sent to Dr. Crafton for a colonoscopy. Dr. Crafton was friendly, professional and thorough. He came and explained the procedure beforehand taking the time to answer questions and really helped me feel more at ease. After the procedure he came in and explained any findings and biopsies and post procedure information including when I could expect biopsy results. He was patient, kind and never made me feel rushed or like I was just the next procedure he had to do. Dr. Crafton and everyone involved in my care from scheduling to assisting with the procedure made me feel like a patient who mattered to them. I don’t know anyone that wants to have a colonoscopy but when you have to have one you want to have have it done by someone who provides excellent medical care as well as caring about the patient and that’s what you can expect from Dr. Crafton and the entire staff at GJ Endoscopy Center

He was extremely rude to my husband and the hospital staff today. Barged in demanding that the nurse leave the room instead of continuing the blood draw that had been ordered to be done stat. My husband was on the verge of being discharged and had not had any prior contact with this doctor. Seemed to just want to be there to get paid.
