In every instance of becoming a new patient we have experienced problems. He refused to listen, not wanting to do anything until they received past medical records even though we stated the former doctor's records were not obtainable. They only performed 4 tests even though he stated they needed 8. They didn't call in the BP prescription. We had to call them after a few days since our pharmacy never received the script. They did not call us back with test results after 3 weeks, we called them and waited 2 additional days. They were supposed to give a referral to a Urologist, yet now 2 weeks later they never did. He does not treat pain. He is a referral doctor on everything. He is interested only in his duties as a professor to medical students and the 'family practice' is an inconvenience. The staff at the SIU clinic were confused and it takes days for them to respond to questions, again due to their excuse the Doctor is leading interns in clinical. One terrible two month ordeal
