Confused by this Doctor
What stood out is that she was dismissive of my questions and seemed to be making fun of how terrified I was at the diagnosis and idea of surgery. There was no follow-up or anyone to ask questions, and I was left with a surgery date and a feeling of absolute terror. Thankfully, I was referred elsewhere by a friend and am grateful to have found a place and surgeon that treated me as an entire person with feelings and fears. They were the best, and I have had a very good outcome.
