Too many red flags
We were patients for many years but won’t be back for several reasons. Extremely long wait times (appointments have taken 1.5 to 2 hours), takes months to get contacts if you order from them (ordered for my son in Feb and he finally received them in May) and glasses aren’t much better, and the final straw was when Dr. Rettig wrote me an incorrect eyeglass prescription without any explanation offered as to why. They fixed my glasses, thankfully, but doesn’t make me feel great about the care I’m receiving. Other smaller issues too. Overall, a pretty bad experience this past year. We will find a new eye dr.

I went to her trying to find a Dr closer to home, two apts and three visits later I still can't see out my prescribed glasses from her, and no one can understand you when you try to tell them what and how you can't see....apparently the Dr prescribed them so you have to see out of them, I'm not looking out of my glasses right!!! Is the treatment you get from them..

Went to Dr, Rettig when my eye doctor died. Have been Dr, Rettig's patient for 4 years. She told me my contacts could not be made stronger and have had to have glasses over contacts,Had her order new contacts when one split. They did not fit and vision was worse. They ask the same questions every time and constantly look at the computer.I was unhappy so have gone to another eye doctor and CAN be fitted with contacts without glasses. She took a week to send my records, they were not accurate at all
