Thankful that COVID-19 vaccine is available. My kid and niece got their covid vaccine. Office called us to let us know. Dr. Tatoy is very caring to my kids (16 and 12) and my niece.

I stopped going with my kids when I found out she gives the Covid vax to children. Children are not at risk and don't even need this experimental MRNA therapy. It's evil and wrong and I will not support any doctor who gives this.

The staff was rude. The doctor does not return phone calls. The doctor requested expensive unrelated and unnecessary lab tests and did absolutely nothing to help my daughter with her pain. No follow up call, etc etc.

Dr Tatoy is wonderful with my kids, she tells them the truth and doesn't sugar coat things but at the same time keeps it respectful and on their level. Office staff is always nice and very accommodating going above and beyond. Yourdi and Brenda are always going the extra mile for anything we need and my kids love them!!! I find it is usually the rude people that complain to begin with, please don't let a negative comment stop you from this office, Dr. and staff are GREAT!!! :)

Dr Tatoy takes the time to listen and really figure out what is going on. The front office staff has always been kind and accommodating with anything we needed. Brenda always greets my kids with a smile and they feel comfortable going here.

The front office staff is horrible and not caring. Called for shots records, they never called me to inform that they were ready. I followed up after the time frame they gave me only to find out they still didn't get them done and the woman gave me an attitude and said they were TOO BUSY. Can't rely on them and they definitely don't care to help you as a customer. Will be looking for a different Doctor

N Mo in the last week Brenda at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. I called to have my daughter's records faxed to daycare and she told me it may or may not get faxed today. It will probably be there 4 days from now and that would be a quick turn around. So many other dr offices in the area and they don't have rude Brenda at the front desk.
