Competent and Professional
Dr. Fields is very knowledgeable and thorough. She asks numerous questions and wants to discover the source of my problems. Additionally, she is a careful listener and is able to ask follow-up questions to determine what might be going on. I've had no difficulty in scheduling my regular appointments. Her staff is accessible and responsive. She sees me on time, so I don't have to wait to see her. Occasionally I might have to wait a few days to get an appointment time. She is a very accomplished individual that can diagnose extremely complex problems, which makes her in high demand for patients. I highly recommend her.

At the hospital this doctor is very skilled, she does not communicate well with patients' families regarding their loved ones' medications or conditions. Her demeanor is also unprofessional at times. I had to rely on MyChart to find out important details about my loved one. If you’re admitted to the hospital, be cautious about asking questions or challenging her, as she may document it negatively in your loved ones file. Additionally, she did not record her unprofessional behavior after she became angry and walked out. Although she may be an excellent doctor, her bedside manner leaves much to be desired.

The absolute best out there in her field! TRULEY Spent as long as it took to review EVERYTHING that was happening (I was at my new patient apt). Not rushed in any way..Set up testing for me and got me into the first avail apt. after the testing is completed. Staff smiling and very friendly as well.

Ridiculous Care!
My mother is 95 and has been seeing Dr Fields for years. Due to COVID and her age she is not able to get out of the house. All of her Drs do Zoom calls with her. Recently Humana changed oxygen vendors and they need an order from Dr Fields to continue supplying her oxygen. Dr Fields said she needs a referral so she can be seen. Her first available appt isn't until Nov/Dec. So mother goes without oxygen until after an appt. Who does this to their senior COPD patients!!!!! Needless to say I will be switching Drs.

Dr. fields
Dr. Fields has been my Dr. for several year’s treating me for COPD. I use three inhalers. And a pill at bed time. I recently ran out of refills for my Spiriva. My pharmacy requested a refill and didn’t receive an answer. I called her and was told I needed to get a chest X-ray. I got my chest X-ray and didn’t get a refill for it. I’m disappointed in her. I need the Spiriva.

She was extremely passive-aggressive with addressing my concerns and gave me a "ask someone else" answer a lot. Very rude to even the staff in the hospital. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but I wouldn't want someone this callous or unprofessional as my doctor.

Dr Fields, Dr Dekeratry, and Dr Mangat are doctors that can't be beat as individuals and as a group in special care about their patients. Their focus on me as a patient literally saved my life not once, but twice after a surgery (another service provider) that didn't go as it should have. Dr Fields now helps me manage my COPD and encourages and empowers me as I learn to cope.

If I could give Dr. Fields a million stars, I would. My wife has been to doctor to doctor to doctor for complex health issues of which almost all doctors have blown her off as "anxious" when she is seriously unable to breathe. By chance, we were referred to Dr. Fields at a time when we both wanted to give up and were thinking that an ER visit might be the only chance (when it became critical). She got us what we need to move forward in getting treatment for a complex health issue.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Fields?
Dr. Fields was knowledgeable and kind in office, but is very unflexible when it comes to patients and a change of medical status or request. Her office staff has something to be desired, they are rude and clearly bring whatever personal problems they have to their job. They are not proactive in aiding the patient, they are very insulting and don't relay information properly. I am planning on terminating my care with these physicians solely because of the office staff.
