Dr. Sebti is the best!
Dr. Sebti has been my neurologist for a long time. He is a great clinician, takes time to listen, ask questions, perform a neurological examination, then puts it all together to understand what's going on and come up with a helpful management plan. Equally important, he is such a kind and compassionate physician. I highly recommend Dr. Sebti.

Incompetent Neurologist
This doctor does not listen to your concerns and treats you like an idiot. He refused to address any of my neurological issues, yet, he wanted to treat things out of his scope of practice and out of his training and competence. I told him he was causing me great stress and anxiety and he would laugh at me as I would mention this repeatedly. He is the worst neurologist I've ever seen. Stay away from him.

Misdiagnosis
Dr. Sebti misdiagnosed my mom with Alzheimer's and sent his misdiagnosis to the DMV, who revoked my mom's driver's license. My mom saw Dr. Luthra a year later (after being confined at home for a year), who had her evaluated by a neuropsychologist, and the overall diagnosis was "mild to moderate cognitive impairment--which was her same diagnosis in 2016. Nothing had changed in her cognition. Dr. Luthra doesn't feel that Mom is unable to drive. But now she has to fight for her driving privilege. So, basically, Dr. Sebti's misdiagnosis significantly impacted my mother's quality of life. We are trying to get him to reverse the diagnosis with the DMV and help my mother get her AAA auto Insurance reinstated. But he is not returning my call as her power of attorney. Very frustrating situation.

Arrogant and insulting, bordering on incompetence
Arrogant and insulting. Interrupted me in mid-sentence twice as I was attempting to request an important test. I had to prove that this test was recommended in multiple studies at NIH (National Institute of Health). He finally wrote an Authorization that was incomplete and referred me to a provider that doesn’t even perform the test.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's/Dystonia by a doctor at Desert Regional Hospital. I have been having extreme involuntary muscle movements. I got to the doctor's office. I notice I left my cane in my other car. As I walked to the office, I noticed a lady having a smoke outside the office. Because of Parkinson's, It looks like I'm drunk when walking. I then saw the lady go into his office. It looked like she worked there. When the doctor came in, the first thing he said was, "so you already had 4 to 5 drinks" I told him NO I didn't. It was 10:00am. DR. SEBT when told me I didn't have Dystonia/Parkinson's and the Doctor what diagnosed me does not know what he's doing. He told me to go home and be happy. The only examination he gave me was for me to walk down the hallway. As I walked, my gate was bad. Then, In front of his employees, the doctor and his employees laugh at the way I was walk. This guy is a real ***** and a ****** for treating me that way and for messing up my med records.

Never in a million years. This Dr I have had the unfortunate pleasure of seeing him twice. A few years ago and just recently. I think he is the most incompetent Neurologist (he claims that title). He doesn't understand anything about seizures. The kind I have are very hard to detect but not treat. He refused to renew my seizure medication. To me that is malpractice.
