Dr. Ernst Finley, DDS

I met Dr. Finley due to a very painful cracked molar in mid-December, 2022. My dentist up until that point referred me to a specialist who wanted me to wait until the end of January, 2023, for an appointment to fix the tooth. I called Dr. Finley's office and they fit me in for a root canal and temporary crown the very next day! I have been his patient ever since. His office runs efficiently and his staff is competent and friendly. They are experts in working with the insurance company, and any amount I have to pay out of pocket is reasonable. Dr. Finley has earned my trust and loyalty, and I will continue to be his patient.

Was one of the strangest dentist offices I have ever been to He bought a very expensive x-ray machine And want you to get an x-ray every time you go there whether the insurance pays for it or not And he gets mad at you if you don’t get the x-ray And act’s very disrespectful Had to have a cap put on one of my rear molars His assistant forgot to put the temporary cap on Was in pain for a week hot and cold bothered it extremely painful The permanent cap his assistant spent 40 minutes trying to make it fit Then he came in the room and spent over 30 minutes trying to make it fit drilling taking it on and off very painful Finally he had it instead of sending it back and get another one that fit rightI asked them what they were going to do about forgetting to put a temporary on my tooth They did nothing Then his wife Verbally attacked me In the waiting room with other patients there Telling me to get back in the chair and take cap off
