I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Zavaleta at UHC in Bridgeport, WV, for the exceptional care he provided my father over the past week. Dr. Zavaleta is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, always taking the time to explain every detail slowly and clearly, which gave our family great peace of mind. His compassion and kindness truly stand out. He listened patiently to all our concerns, answered every question, and made sure we understood my father’s treatment plan. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about his patients, going above and beyond to provide excellent care. We are so thankful for his dedication and expertise during this difficult time. Would recommend
Spent time explaining procedures and what probably led up to them very well. Told me what was happening to me while in the ER and mabe me feel like I was being taken care of.
