Dr. Ernesto Pruna, MD

Dr. Pruna is fine but he has the WORST staff. They are so incredibly RUDE. I have been a patient here for going on 4 years now and the girl Stephanie at the front has NEVER changed her terrible attitude and she will sit there and argue with you like a child and if its over the phone she will just hang up on you mid sentence if she doesnt like what your saying and thats ALWAYS because shes being told shes in the wrong and gets mad. NO customer service skills what so ever. the staff keeps the ringer on the office phone OFF and ive sat IN OFFICE and called over and over just to prove my point that they REFUSE to answer the phones and THIS IS A MEDICAL PRACTICE. This office is getting worse and worse and the lack of management clearly shows that no one is running this office because no one is being trained properly or cares about how they treat he patients. They will also NOT refill medication that WILL cause withdrawals and possibly lead to death and KNOWING this they will TAKE DAYS to s

Dr. Pruna is a very nice and professional person, I definitely could recommend him to anyone, unfortunately his staff very rude and disrespectful (I personally complain to the Dr. about it)

Poor Staff that will ruin his business if he does not start to cont them. Horrible and he can't send medication like a normal doctor

We have been seeing Dr. Pruna as our primary care physician for two years. He is thoughtful, kind, intelligent, and incredibly patient. My son has a rare neurological disorder and Dr. Pruna took tome to research it, learn about it, and continually look for neurologists and other specialists who had more insight. He also calls to follow up himself. The office staff is very caring and down to earth.

Very helpful, easy to understand treatment

Dr. Pruna is by far the best doctor that I have seen. His knowledge of medicine is more extensive than many I've seen in the past. He has educated me and my family, taking all the necessary time needed to explain to us what he has found, his diagnosis and prognosis. He has resolved medical issues with me and my children when no other physicians could. He's followed up with us to make sure that we followed his treatment plan to complete resolution of the issue or issues at hand. Highly reccomeded

Doctor Pruna has very excellent comunication and awesome bed side manners and is very heart warming and concered of his patients he is bilingual Spanish speaking. I couldnt drive to him because of a severe eye infection and I needed a prescription for a yeast infection which came up because of my infection and he was abel to take care of me via phone. Granted he has my medical chart and is aware of my conditions he is a great doctor and very humbel and cares for his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pruna for 2 yrs and he is the best. Unfortunately he is no longer with Mi Doctor Clinics and I would like to know where he is. Does anybody knows? I'd like to continue be his patient. If you know where he is please write a comment. Thank you.

I had the worst experience today with Dr. Pruna. I made my appointment at 12:30 for a simple medication refill. I was seen at 2PM by Dr. Pruna. I need a medication that required a triplicate form. To my surprise he forget his forms at home. 4hrs later a nurse walked into my room to give me a printed out form that Pharmacies do not take. I had to wait for another 1hr for the office manager to contact the corporate office to find a Medical Doctor with the authority to get me the mediation I

I was giving this Dr office through Molina Health Care. My appt was at 11:00. When I got there the girl in the front said there was a long wait. I finally was called back at 1:00 to sit back there for another hour and half. Loud music, rude and apparently frustrated staff. Although Dr. finally attending me. Once he seen me I was never told what I had. The next thing I knew I was giving about four prescriptions. By that time me being sick i just wanted to get out of there.

He practices in MiDoctor clinic. I had an appointment for 10:30 and got in at 11:15. They kept me in the examination room until 12:30 at which time I walked out. His practice is chaotic and very disorganized.

I've been a patient of Dr Pruna for years now and he is by far the most attentive, knowledgeable and caring Dr I've ever had. He is a good listener and is genuinely concerned with the patients well being Thank You Dr Earnesto Pruna!!!

If I could only be able to speak to a live person in order to discuss my health issues, current medicine. If you were to call the number 214-622-6048 it will ring off the hook. And that just shows really bad service.
