First visit in his office he seemed very serious, not so friendly, his assistant as well. I felt like I was bothering them by being there . Hospital care was wonderful after thyroid surgery, he seemed very caring and was pleasant. Second visit to the office he was friendly his assistant/ nurse not so much. Third visit horrible, he seemed bothered again like I was taking up his time and his assistant / nurse seems as if she hates her job. The only pleasant person there is the receptionist . I have very good insurance yet I am rushed every time like seriously he doesn’t even ask if I have any concerns, he can’t even assure me that I shouldn’t worry he just looks says a couple of words and heads for the door!! I hve never experienced that type of visit from a Doctor, the most was bad staff or somewhat rushed but not like this! I’m never going back to him!

Dr. Mendoza seemed uninterested in my family history and rushed me through the appointment. I didn't get the sense he is terribly attentive and I won't return to his office again. It seems like a patient mill more than patient care.
