Dr E Lira use to be great but their practice grew & they lost touch with patients who turned into charts being passed around from dr to dr. We never see Dr Lira anymore. My oldest is 24 & youngest is 6...four kids have been seen here their entire lives & we couldnt even get a prescription for ear drops called in without going in & paying a copay! Going to change drs due to unfriendly staff and being just a number now. If you want to be seen by a different dr each time you go in and wait more than 1.5 hrs just to be rushed out of the patient room, this is your office! Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! I bet a million bucks if you call right now they will answer but immediately put you on hold...maybe even hang up on you "accidently" (and repeatedly) when youre placed on hold! Try it! 361-851-0000!

Ernesto Lira is a great doctor, really nice man. Luisa can be cold or rude occasionally. Staff is terrible. Hard to make an appointment. Forced to change doctors.
