I arrived at 9:30 AM for my 10 AM appt. and found over 15 people. Apparently the Dr. schedules everyone at 10 am - Does not arrive until 10:30 AM and it's by first come first serve. Needless to say after I found all that out - I left. My time is as valuable as the Dr's. I probably would have waited over 3 hours - Unacceptable.
