Dr Ernesto Bustinza-Linares told me to "Shut Up"!

Dr. Ernesto Bustinza-Linares: 1 star for the disrespect and the lack of professionalism! Dr. Bustinza-Linares told me to ' Shut up'! My husband and I were astonished and deeply disappointed with the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism we encountered during our visit. Upon arrival, my husband was immediately sent for a blood draw without any explanation, and a staggering 15 vials were taken. When Dr. Bustinza-Linares finally appeared, my husband attempted to explain his situation, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and the blunt question, 'Why are you even here? I can't help you.'I asked Dr. Bustinza-Linares if my husband's blood would still be tested from those 15 vials drawn earlier by his nurse, he rudely replied with a 'Shut up', who then refused to engage with me any further. Shocked, I asked him directly if he had indeed told me to 'shut up,' to which he admitted. Without hesitation, we left the office, both shaken by the complete lack of respect we had encountered.

Love the staff and the whole clinic environment is absolutely amazing. Will definitely be a forever patient. Great professionalism all around.

The lake Mary Florida location is the best every time I go to the office they make me feel very welcomed and treat me as if I was one of their family members with a lot of kindness and respect and above all of everyone is always smiling and very caring I give them all a 10 star

Very satisfied with everything in reference to my visit, the wonderful doctor loved her way of being, she gave me everything in detail. I understood everything perfectly the person who took my blood was perfect something like this had never happened to me because even if I wanted to, I did not feel anything, everything was perfectly fine.

I highly recommend Dr. Ernesto Bustinza-Linares, MD and the staff at the Florida Cancer Specialist & Research Institute of Orange City as they offer incredible comprehensive care to their patients. Dr. Bustinza-Linares is knowledgeable, empathetic, and always prepared to answer my questions regarding treatment. I have complex health issues and he has consistently addressed my treatment in an individualized manner; he ensures I am getting the best care for my particular case. He is available day or night for any complications I may encounter and has always been responsive. I am grateful for his commitment and communication as I always feel that I am in good hands.

I am glad most all of these reviews of DR. Bustinza wear good I myself was not pleased with the information or treatments of my mother in his care, I do not feel that he would offer any other treatments for her cancer than the run of the mill, my sister and I both made trips over to see him with my mother and were not pleased, one time she was treated when blood sugar was way to high for treatment and was given medications that caused her sugar to go way to high. I am glad that his other were happy with him. This was just my family's experience with him, we were not pleased with lack of info we got from him.

I went to him for the first time for DVT. He not only cared for me with compassion but told me things my Cardiologist should have told me. I truly recommend anyone to go see him. He was amazing.
