Dr. Ernest Miller, MD

i read some of the negative reviews for Dr. Miller HOWEVER, I found Dr. Miller was very personable and approachable. He seemed to genuinely care about my issues and listened carefully to what I had to say. After doing his examination and taking notes and measurements, he told me that my disability rating was over 70% and would most likely be more when taking into consideration all of the previous medical reports and findings. Dr. Miller completed his report in a relatively short amount of time (2 weeks is a short time in this business) and when I read the report, it was pretty much spot on covering the things we spoke about during my exam. I found him to be sincerely honest and caring. I would absolutely recommend him.

He twisted things up and wrote them on his report, did not fully examined me nor he looked at my medical records in front of me, but on his QME report he put that he spents 30 mins face-to-face examining when in reality he spent about 5 mins. He did not care about my symptoms and questions. He is clearly on the insurance side to decrease their liability and to keep them happy, so he can continue getting people referred to him.

Made up his mind without even examining the patient fully. MRI proved him wrong. He asked patient specific questions only a qualified doctor could answer and then chastised the patient for not answering to his likeness.
