Money Pit & Unreliable appointments
Telehealth
I had an appointment to get a biopsy done and they called me TWICE to reschedule. One of the times was a half hour before my appointment when I was in the car already heading over. Finally I had the appointment and a biopsy done, and a telehealth appointment was scheduled 2 weeks after to go over the results. Hundreds of dollars later, they then demanded I pay an additional $100 or they wouldn’t send me the link to join. Reluctantly I paid, and after waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time for the link to be sent, the visit was 30 seconds long, and all the doctor did was read off the lab results (could’ve been done in an email). They constantly try to set up appointments with you just to get more money. I won’t be back.

Front Desk is unprofessional
Front desk was totally unprofessional and inconsiderate towards me. I scheduled the appointment over phone and they took my insurance card's photo by email when I was talking. After reviewing my insurance, they gave me appointment. However, when I went there, the front desk lady kept me waiting for half an hour and then said she was not SURE whether they would accept my insurance and asked me to leave. The doctor was in network (Aetna) and still front desk declined to accept my insurance (Aetna Student Health). They said they would call me back which they did not. Totally unprofessional!

They no longer take any insurance. They also seem to constantly be trying to upsell me on other services.
