Wonderful surgeon
On Sept. 3, 2021 my gall bladder ruptured resulting in much pain and a serious blood infection. Dr Kansakar diagnosed the problem and set a plan for surgery once my body “settled down.” A drain tube was installed in my abdomen and surgery was scheduled for late Nov. Dr Kansakar is a wonderful doctor. She monitored and medicated my condition during those three months. As the surgery approached, She carefully explained the surgical options, depending on all possible variables, both verbally and graphically (freehand drawing). Dr Kansakar always listened to my questions and gave me thoughtful and complete answers. I have total confidence in Dr Kansakar and am very thankful to have her as my surgeon. The surgery was a complete success. I would give highest possible recommendation of Dr Kansakar to anyone needing an excellent surgeon.

Dr. Kansakar performed surgery on my esophagus and stomach in Oct 2020. The surgery was an overall success. Prior to surgery she was thorough and kind in explaining the pros, cons and risks associated with the surgery I needed. In the hospital she was also kind and helpful. Now that I'm in the after care phase she's still readily available as I have questions or concerns.

Very curt! No bed side manner! If you ask questions after surgery, be prepared to be talked down to.

Dr. Kansakar diagnosed and surgically repaired a bilateral hernia that I experienced early in 2019. From my first meeting with Dr. Kansakar I was impressed with her professionalism and competency. I was 100% comfortable with her recommendations and my surgery was a complete success. I would recommend her highly.
