great visit

personable and reassuring re: treatment
Dr Welch was very receptive to ?'s and thoroughly stayed with me so that I understood, and reassured we were trcking right with the treatment,(tho the look is always unappealing, the peeling to occur is the result, and I am more than willing to avert a future carcinogenic issue.Thank you for your kindness

Disappointing
Made an appointment back in April to be told that her next availability was not until September, So I Booked an appointment in September. Office called me the day before appointment advising that she’s no longer accepting new patients. Appointment staff should have advised me of this back in April and I would’ve made an appointment with another doctor and likely seen muuuch sooner. Office then tried booking me with another doctor, no thank you.

Making stressful almost enjoyable.
Dr. Welch was very professional and showed concern for my Basal Cell and my comfort. The nursing staff was also great and between the doctor and the nurses they make a great team.

Extremely Please
Minimal waiting for appointment. Dr. Welch is very very thorough, yet personable. Years ago she removed a small melanoma from my face leaving no trace of it. I have gone to her for 7 years now and would never think of changing.

Dr. Welch is terrific
Physician is terrific but, contacting anyone in the office, trying to schedule (or discuss) an appointment and an unreasonable wait time when taken back to a room is about the worst experience I have had in any physicians office. I understand sometimes things happen that slow the process down, but start to finish, with the exception of my brief time with the doctor, this was not a great experience.

Great Doctor
Dr Welch is a consummate professional, yet she has not lost the personal touch. She is an expert in sun damage to the skin, as well as preventive actions. I trust her the most, more than any other skin doctor I've ever had, to treat my dermatological issues.

Thoughtful and thorough
She really takes her time with you and describes how she’s going to do things and what the healing process will look like. She’s worth the wait in the waiting room and when it comes to booking an appointment with her.

Emergency!
I had a sudden nasty sebaceous cyst grow on the outside edge of my eye over the end of one week and over the weekend. By Monday I couldn’t close my eye. The area was the size of my middle thumbnail, bright pink, and very sore. The area around it was sore as well. I knew I had no option but to be at Dr Welch’s office before she arrived! She ushered me into the surgery room, injected the area with pain medication (OUCH!) and squeezed all the goo out of that puppy, then put two stitches in to hold it tight. Bless her!
