My advice, stay away
The office is poorly run and she is unprofessional. I recently relocated and the practice was recommended to me. She was the only one I could get an appointment with. She was hostile towards me from the moment she walked in the exam room. She had no interest in taking my history. Even though I had test results less than two months old from my last doctor she wanted to reorder everything. When I objected she got up and walked out of the room. I sat there for several minutes before realizing she nor no one was coming back. Needless to say I have never been back.

Office manager is a nightmare. Will slam the phone down on other healthcare providers who have Doctorates (Pharmacists) and refuse to allow them to use the Doctor to Doctor line. If your office manager treats people like this how does this speak for the rest of the staff.

Good primary care physician
I switched to Dr. Masters a couple years ago, and I've been happy with her as my family physician. I have had other "primary care providers" (not doctors) in the past that wouldn't actually touch me during visits (check eyes/throat, palpate stomach, check reflexes, etc.), but Dr. Masters does adequate physical exams during the physical. I feel she orders proper lab work for yearly checkups without ordering unnecessarily expensive tests without justification.

I think she is being vindictive, due to her authority being challenged. Also she was 20min late to the appointment.
