I went to her for many years and liked her. But when the age of covid jabs came around, she basically bullied me for an entire 20 minute visit about getting jabbed. She was condescending and insulting. I refused and never went back to her again. I wondered how many people she bullied into getting jabs are vax injured now. Or dead.

She always seems annoyed or going out of her way
Staff was pleasant and professional. As always the annual exam was a joke. She just seemed to go through a few motions while I was barely touched. If it wasn’t for the blood work, it would’ve felt like a complete waste of time.

Dismissive
Dr Malone was my primary for many years. Unfortunately, she had an attitude and big ego. She always knew best. She was dismissive, all-knowing and seemed cold and un-caring. No listening skills. Her annual physicals were a joke. It more like an interview. She barely touched me. I should have changed physicians sooner. My fault. I became complacent. Her solution to my problems was pills and more pills. Never got to the root of any issue. What a big difference with my new primary. So glad I changed and I wish I had done it sooner.

Would recommend Dr Malone to anyone! I hadn’t been to see Dr Malone for almost 5 years, but when I called her office for an urgent matter, she saw me that morning, got appointments for me with 3 other departments that same day. All my concerns were taken care of, and she had me wrap the day up by seeing her again at the end of the day to review and make sure I was all set!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Erin Malone for many years. We each have our own unique list of health problems, mostly chronic, which require numerous appointments on a regular and/or weekly basis. Dr. Malone, as our PCP, and her staff, provide excellent care. My wife and I started with Lahey shortly after they opened in Burlington, in 1982 and the main reason was teamwork. Doctors from many specialties, working together in one facility. This approach has served and saved my wife and I during numerous illnesses and surgeries. Dr. Malone is an excellent physician who is part of an excellent healthcare facility. We have watched and experienced a great deal of growth over the past 37 years. We are Blessed ! Our sincere thanks to Dr. Malone and all of our specialists for their exceptional care.

I am a advanced practice nurse and Dr. Malone has been my doctor for over a decade. I find her to be very knowledgeable and also very detail oriented. Her advice and diagnostic workups are always on point and make a lot of sense to me. I would recommend her without hesitation

Dr Malone was my wife's doctor. She complained of head aches, eye problems and balance issues. She never ordered a single test and even suggested a Psych evaluation After dealing with this lack of follow up and testing my wife's eye doctor ordered an MRI and they found a 6.5 CM brain tumor. My wife had brain surgery and was in a rehab hospital The hospital noticed a low red blood cell count and called Dr Malone's office to see if a recurring problem. Dr Malone said no. Not true.

Never recommend her, ego is bigger than her care for her patients. I have unfortunately been her patient for the last couple of years and when another physician recommends treatment she has no respect for their specialty and does what she feels like. If a Specialist recommends an MRI she refuses. I have an injured foot and will not ok a referral to the orthopedic? Why, ego. The care at Lahey I have received has been substandard as best...But she is a terrible doctor

She did not want to get involved when another doctor was asking her to. She gave very bad advice that even I knew was wrong.
