Excellent
I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr Kern. She was pleasant, personal and did not rush through my appointment. She spent time answering all my questions without feeling rushed. Her staff are very courteous and helpful making my appointment less stressful.

Zero Stars.
She was unkind, judgmental and egotistical. When a patient comes in with a very specific type of trauma related to healthcare professionals and you berate them for not being trusting of healthcare professionals, you are doing harm. Something you vowed not to do. Learn compassion and humble yourself. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Knowledgeable and compassionate Dr.
I have been a nurse for 39 years. I trust her in all aspects of my care. She is one of the best Drs I have ever had. She will take time and explain things to her patients and explain the plan of care. She will do peer to peer reviews to get testing covered by insurance. She gives you her full attention when she is in the room with you. She does not rush through visits. I highly recommend Dr Erin Kern!!

Most uncaring physician I have ever seen
As a result of Dr Kern refusing to treat me, I ended up losing my job and insurance. Without access to any healthcare I applied for VA benefits. They requested a letter stating I had been diagnosed. She refused to even help me get medical care somewhere else. Don't Drs still take the hippocratic oath? She has no business being a Dr!

does not listen to you. Has her own opinions about things and no matter what your history or health is she knows it all. Replaced our Dr. that passed away and then said he was a bad doctor for prescribing pain medication. We disagreed and she blew up saying then she could not be our doctor. Then sent a certified letter saying she would not service us because of the way we treated her and her staff-- it all came from her-- all we said was "that is a matter of opinion". Ok princess you have your way.

I wish I would of read the reviews before I went to her. She is the worst dr ever. She doesn’t want to admit she made a mistake. She wants you in and out. She told me to keep taking medicine even though it made me suicidal. She is rude. She won’t admit she was wrong. She wants you in and out. She diagnosed me before testing and told me to come after I saw a psychiatrist and what they said. Do Not go to her!!!

Watch out for this one in Anderson Missouri. My mother has been seeing the Dr's at Freeman for quintuple bypass and hernia surgery and this quack sees her for five minutes and decided that she needs radical medication revision. Refuses to even treat her five days before her next surgery.
