My great experience with Dr. Heitman and staff
Dr. Heitman was so gracious and fit me into her insanely busy schedule with very short notice. She is prompt, and she takes the time to go over a treatment plan. She also educates during the visit. I felt well taken care of. Her staff is also fantastic. (Cristian took good care of me, too!)

Excellent Doctor
Very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. Her assisting technician is great as well.Be patient however, as the practice is at times on call for the local trauma center. As a result they can be far behind schedule if an emergency arises. The practice could improve this by calling you if they are significantly behind.
