Wonderful doctor and staff!
For 40 years, I had a small problem. It was out of control so I went to Dr Gardner. They did such a great job the problem is gone! Thank you! Thank you!

Very personable. Dr Gardner did MOHRS surgery on the top of my head and there is hardly any scarring and it healed really well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Good Doctor when you can see him
I've seen Dr. Gardner for a few years and have always liked him and the people in his office. My wife use to see him as well, but she stopped a few years ago when the office staff told her she needed to see their PA for her annual checkup versus the Dr. That same year, I received a call from the office staff telling me that I needed to see the PA as well. I told them I was unwilling to see the PA in spite of their insistance that they PA did "everything the Dr did except for surgery". Today they called to tell me that Dr. Gardner was unavailable for an appointment that I had set up over 1 year ago and that the PA could see me. I declined that and was offered an appointment in January (3 months from now). I get the feeling that the office business model is pushing to drive annual checkups to the PAs versus the Board Certified Dermatologists. I can't trust a practice where the staff tries to claim equivalency between a PA and a Physician. I will take my business elsewhere.

We were very pleased with the services.
We were pleased with the services. Dr. Gardner found out what the issue was with my mother who had a skin issue that had been persisting. We also appreciated having the option to visit either office based upon what worked with our schedule. It was very convenient, and she was well-taken care of.

Highly satisfied.
Dr. G is the only one we found who could help us with my mother's rare issue. He helped out amazingly with the medication - it was the only answer we had. The spot he took out healed up beautifully. He put us in touch with doctors who could help us. The staff there is amazing. To know you had such caring people. You were always so gentle with my mother and couldn't do enough for my mother. He conducted Zoom calls with us when my mother could no longer leave the house. The communication was wonderful. We appreciated the two locations.

DESERVES A NEGATIVE RATING
I have never in my life been treated so horrible by a so-called professional. I went to his office after seeing to ents who told me that the infection on my ear was not inner ear but outer and more for a dermatologist but his assistant kept insisting she agreed with the ENT so I later called and got his service and he left me a message stating that if I was going to die I needed to call 911 otherwise he would do a biopsy the next day wow how unprofessional haven't even seen me but you're going to do a biopsy because apparently she lives for biopsies but I accidentally sent a message back after I told him it wasn't funny that it was really hurting me but I accidentally sent the message meant for my friend to him so I did apologize that it wasn't meant for him but I have been dealing with this for 2 years now so he told me to come in and I think his full intention was to humiliate me because that's all he did she didn't care about looking at my ear he told me there was nothing there may

I have a couple spots on my arm I am increasingly concerned about. I left two messages this week, which were not returned. I waited on hold today to eventually get thru, they didn't acknowledge my messages, then told me I could come in in April. No concern about what it going on with the patient...maybe if I go to a primary first they'll maybe get me in sooner. I had been a client for some minor mole removal, but consider me no longer a client. Terrible.

Dr. Garner began a Moes procedure on my 93 year old Mother that the pathology report called an actinic keratosis. This skin condition wouldn’t have killed her, but Dr. Garner’s procedure might have! An emergency room visit and a 3 day hospital visit caused an open wound to begin healing! Dr. Garner refused to make the trip across Missouri Baptist complex to stitch up my Mom, and wouldn’t find anyone to help her out The wound is now left to heal on its own...Wouldn’t recommend this doctor at all!!
