My 10 yr old daughter fractured her finger on the playground. We live in a small rural town without a lot of specialized resources especially for kids. We were referred to the group and were seen the next day! From check in to check out, everyone was courteous, patient and so kind. Dr. Templeton set down and explained everything to my daughter making her the center of the conversation!! She made sure she was involved in the entire process without feeling talked over by parents and physician. My daughter was initially (and understandably) anxious, but within a matter of minutes felt at ease with everyone. The entire staff treated her with gentle, patient care. Even after she had just had 2 nerve injections, multiple x-rays, a reset finger and a new cast she got in the car and said, “I liked them. Everyone was really sweet to me.” Seriously….. I cannot say enough positive things about this amazing group!!

Dr. Templeton is very personable and has a great bedside manner. She took her time explaining what was wrong, options to address the problem, and exactly how the surgical procedure I needed would be performed. Highly recommend her.

There was an initial miscommunication about which office I was supposed to visit. I drove an hour to the Alpharetta office when I was actually scheduled for the Atlanta office. Devon at the Alpharetta location was very accommodating and offered to call the other office to explain the situation. After another hour in traffic, we arrived at the Atlanta location and was promptly and professionally greeted and checked in by Kiana, whom already had his file and paperwork ready. We were able to fill out new patient forms, cut off his splint, get x-rays, speak with the doctor via FaceTime, get a cast and make a follow up appointment in under an hour. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the front and back office staff. Thank you for rectifying the problem without any other delays to my day.
