Not satisfactory
In my experience this doctor should work on both her bedside manner, which is a bit too casual for for my liking. She also needs to improve her communication with her staff. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone who has serious medical issues, or persons who would need ongoing documentation from their physician. You will have a hard time through their phone lines and getting straight answers from the staff when you call in for information or appointments.

Dr. Mello is wonderful. She listens, she does not judge, she is kind, she knows what she is doing, and she cares. She does not make you feel rushed. I am a person who has had a lot of not-very-good experiences with doctors, so I tend to avoid seeing them at all costs, which as I am getting older is probably not such a good thing! I have no hesitation whatsoever in reaching out to Dr. Mello if I am having any issues, and for me that is a huge step in the right direction. I feel so lucky to have found her. BTW, I am a physician. Yes, one of those who hates going to the doctor! Not anymore, thank goodness.

Best Doctor I've had and ever since she left Bridgewater I've been struggling to find someone even remotely as compatible to my own philosophy about my health as Dr. Mello.
