Scheduling staff unable to do their job
Showed up for my appt. and was told Kari the nurse practitioner I was scheduled to see was out on medical leave. No explanation as to why I wasn't notified or an apology.

MIRACLE WORKER
I have had problems with bladder leakage for over 20 years. All other doctors told me to wear adult underwear. I also received a bladder sling. Dr. Hunter installed a device that basically tells the bladder to relax. I have had the device for 2 weeks now and the percentage of improvement is 95%.

Dr.Hunter and her team are great. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. When she first took over the practice there was uncaring employees but they have since left. It is so much better since she bought the practice.

A true endometriosis expert
I have worked with Dr. Hunter for years and highly recommend her! She has performed two of my surgeries related to endometriosis and provided care beyond surgery. I’ve had surgeries with other providers for my chronic issues and she was top notch from my experience. Every time I meet with her, she truly listens and partners in finding solutions. I also love her experience from being a leader in endometriosis research in New Zealand. Five stars for Dr. Hunter!

Gave a lot of chances
Administratively, they can't get it together. Blame the patient? But when it came to my health, my body and listening really wasn't important. I was ignored and procedures not effective. Some remote office Mgr named "Ken" wrote me, but didn't answer my messages over 3 weeks. Her staff was honest though, and said he doesn't often return calls or have a consistent office schedule. Is he hired to get them on track? I give up. Please go elsewhere, this is far too sensitive of a subject and risk.

Would leave more than a minus 10 if possible as she nearly left my daughter to die by forgetting gauze in her after a surgery and took zero blame. Also refused to come in when it showed up on CT until the next morning! By the grace of God my daughter was able to feel it and pull it out herself before morning. When she did come in the following morning!!! She continually said it had nothing to do with my daughter’s rapid decline. The medical records tell the story. This will be in her record. I would NOT allow her to do anything on you!
