Disinterested
I experienced TMS with Dr Penner and throughout the time he interacted with me to such a minimum that I can only describe it as indifference. I had to do my own leg-work and phone calls to get started and though there are many workers there and a beautiful facility I was just a dollar dump, nothing more.
