Efficient and professional demeanor.
I arrived on time to find Dr. Herman and his nurse, Valerie, ready for me. The injection was completed before I even knew it. I hope it relieves the pain. I’d like to give a shout out to Carolyn, a nurse who promptly returns calls. Even though her message says she’ll return calls in 24 to 48 hours, she returned my calls within the hour. Thank you, Carolyn!

I have had outstanding care by Dr. Dingle and Dr. Taluri at KW. My recent experience with Dr. Herman? A condescending buffoon. Hopefully he was just having a bad day.

Basically, Dr. Herman is knowledgeable. He did not tell me anything I did not already know. I am not sure of my diagnosis. He answered my questions. I will go back to Dr. Herman and have an injection. Otherwise, surgery may be my only option.

Not only do I love Dr Herman’s demeanor. He is highly skilled and the best of all as far as injections are concerned. I really have little pain when he gets the injections and fabulous results. He does my knee my hip and my back so far. All excellent

No pain, no gain?
A visit to a Doctor can be an unsettling experience. Dr. Herman and his great staff, with their amazing sense of empathy, make it a bit less painful event (not that I am necessarily looking forward to another cortisone shot in my hip :-)

First visit impression
Dr. Herman was recommended by a colleague to help with my hip pain. This first visit was for a steroid injection into the hip. Dr. Herman was on time, very personable and professional. He explained each process and what to expect throughout the procedure. Following the injection we chatted in his office far a few minutes to make sure there were no adverse reactions.One outstanding doctor with a great personality. Thank you Dr. Herman..
