Dr. Erich Lingenfelter said “I know you are hurting & we are going to get it fixed”. Dr. Lingenfelter sent me to get an EMG (Electromyography-this is a needle stabbing testing procedure for the injured areas. I was injured working at Fedex (work comp injury). The Dr. in Kansas City, MO performed the EMG repeatedly stabbed me in the neck & shoulder areas. This pain was unbearable & I couldn’t stop crying. A lady helped dress me after the test, I laid on their couch for an hr before I could walk or see. Two nurses put me in a wheelchair & hauled me out to the car. The pain I had in my head was unbelievable for months. Dr. Lingenfelter destroyed me. My neck injuries obviously didn't matter to the shoulder doctor. Now I live with perm. nerve damage, very limited movement, I rarely sleep, I get these stabbing electro pains in my body, pins & needles, hip & feet pain, hard to walk at times. My shoulder is now frozen. My life has changed forever. This happened Dec 2017, Fedex

Dr. Lingenfelter is amazing. I've passed his name on to several friends who have also had amazing success. He tells it like it is. I was in my mid 50's with a tragic torn rotator cuff AFTER a shoulder surgery and PT that went horribly wrong. He performed a frozen shoulder release followed by a successful 2nd surgery. He has THE BEST PT's who specialize in shoulder repair. He is truly the best in town. I know he totally saved me. I'm extremely active, so this was important to me.

Dr Lingenfelter is the best shoulder and elbow surgeon, period. I have had no bad experiences with him and I am a workers comp case manager who assists injured workers to the best medical care. Superior treatment and outcomes resulted every time. I think so highly of Dr Lingenfelter that I had both of my shoulder replacements performed by him.

Dr. Lingenfelter is a great surgeon but he has lackluster staff with poor bedside manner, his nurse practitioner has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced, and a nurse who fails completely in the areas of communication and compassion. PT. 4

Very caring and charismatic. Explained everything. This was my 9 shoulder surgery. Dr Lingenfelter performed a total reverse. Great experience I am a retired firefighter and after 36 years of service I was broken down. Dr Lingenfelter understands the stresses and hazard of performing a physical job. He made me feel like I was his only patient. I respect and love Doc!

While I believe he practices all areas of orthopedics; he is the definitive authority on shoulders and elbows. Considering my own background, I would also say that he specializes in athletes and getting them back to pre-injury condition. I have referred him to many people of various ages and injuries- most of which were surgical- and not one of them were anything other than thrilled.

Left shoulder cuff repair. I'm a very fast healer and had to have a follow-up manip plus a procedure to remove add'l tissue. Point is, I'm probably not a typical case, and I'd go to Lingenfelter again if I had to do it all again. Excellent bedside manner, cares, explains in as much detail as you want. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

I had my right shoulder replaced in April of 2012. It was a "reverse shoulder replacement". I have had NO problems at all - it was an easy recovery compared to rotator cup I believe. I was sent home with a cool air machine that I used for around 2 weeks. I have been diligent in exercise and using the shoulder. I can play pickle ball (hard on the knees now) golf - no problem....He's a wonderful surgeon!!! The best!!!

I love Dr. Lingenfelter. He is knowledgeable, personable, and really cares about his patients. Yes, you might wait a bit for your appointment slot, but this is typical in the field of specialty work. It’s more than likely not the doctor that controls scheduling and overbooking patients. I ask him questions, and he is more than willing to answer then for me. I’ll take a quality, skilled, professional who has bedside manner and wait a little longer any day of the week. Hands down.

Dr Lingenfelter is a liar. Sent to see him for my work comp case. In his report this guy lied and said I laughed and joked with him the whole time I was there. I am a veteran I have never had a doctor just lie for no apparent reason when it comes to my health. I believe he should be held responsible for lying. I know of he lied on me that easily he does it all the time. This guy should be reported to the state medical board.

Dr. Lingenfelter has been awesome. He was very good with the explanation of the surgery I was having. He has been excellent and attentive on the follow up since surgery. Sometimes the wait has been 10 minutes sometimes it has been more, not any different than any other doctor's office. I personally don't mind a little wait time when the doctor is as good as Dr. Lingenfelter. I feel I was lucky to be placed with Dr. Lingenfelter and say a thank you for fixing me.

Dr. Lunge delete has been great. I would recommend him to everyone. The issue is with the waiting room and scheduling of appointments. Worst experience I have ever had! I am currently 1 hour past my scheduled appointment time. If they could schedule better he would have many more positive reviews.
