Dr. Erica Drennen, MD

De. Drennan blew off all my concerns during pregnancy about preeclampsia, just to get diagnosed with preeclampsia and need to be induced at 37 weeks. While in labor, made it a point to say she still felt she was right and all the hospital staff and doctors were wrong.

I have been seeing Dr. Drennen several times because of the acute health problem. She understood my situation and explained all the options to treat my health problems. She looks cold at first, but I could tell she thinks about patients a lot, and at the same time, she is very professional. When I had concerns and questions, her nurse Sandy also answered me very quickly and resolved problem. Thankful for all the help and happy to have a great experience with Dr. Drennen.

Absolutely the worst clinical care! Drennen did not explain anything, entered incorrect CPT codes, and when I questioned it, she responded, "Oh don't worry, it's how we do things." I did not provide consent for various practices. She can't be bothered. Her staff is inconsiderate. After Drennen said she "read some of your concerns, had others translated" by staff, she acknowledged knowing nothing about me and relied upon incorrect information instead of what I documented, repeatedly, and requested in direct communication.

I’ve always felt very brushed off and as if my concerns do not matter. Not a compassionate doctor whatsoever. I saw her throughout my first pregnancy and I had a lot of questions and concerns - this was met with rude responses, or short answers from Dr. Drennen Seems like she lacks genuine people skills.

Not a compassionate doctor. She didn’t help me get off the table after my exams, even when I was at the end of my pregnancy and struggling to move. I had a placental abruption and nearly died in the hospital and she didn’t come check on me. She’s not the Doctor Who delivered me but I saw her the majority of the time and it would’ve been nice if she came to see how I was since I knew she was in the hospital one of the 5 days I was there.

I came in for pelvic pain, I've received no dx but I do have an appointment for a total hysterectomy next month. When I called to follow up about possible pain medication I was informed that they had never seen me for this purpose and I would need to come in to be seen if I was requesting meds. Pelvic pain is the ONLY reason I would submit to an exam in the 1st place. After 13yrs in pain, I'll take the surgery but won't be back for a post op. Hopefully my new Dr can give me a possible dx afterwards. Still in pain and angry. I know this is a money making venture for her. This is my life!

My wife had to have a procedure and being that I am a disabled Veteran we knew we needed Authorizations and approvals for everything. We made sure to verify everything was set for the surgery only to be blindsided by a bill for almost $500 for an assistant that was called in for the surgery but not in our network. When we were told about the possibility of this being necessary it was not explained that this person wouldn't be in network. Now the 2 offices are pointing the finger back and forth

Had to wait a month for an appointment, then her office called to cancel and reschedule for five days later at 11:00. The night before the new appointment I received a message from her office saying that the appointment was at 9:00. I got there at 8:40 and they said I wasn't scheduled until 11:00. I will NOT be going back.

Dr Drennen always listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions (and I have a lot). She's one of the few Dr's in the practice that I look forward to seeing because I know I will have her full attention while others are dismissive and pushing me out of the room.

Dr. Drennen didn't fully address my concerns or appear that she was concerned with me as a patient. This was apparent in her disregard for asking basic follow up questions that were asked by two other doctors as I sought medical advice and treatment for my symptoms.

Not very personal and doesn't respond quick to urgent matters. She doesn't make you feel like she really cares about her patients.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Drennen, but not the staff. I do wish she was still in the old office with the smaller staff and DR list. I always felt welcome there. Since she moved offices it always felt like I was being squeezed in, the staff is less kind and the wait was ALWAYS longer. I dislike being told I am required to see all the dr's in the office, I go to see Dr. Drennen specifically. But Dr. Drennen herself was always great and took plenty of time for all my questions.
