Very professional and helpful. Great Doctor and office

I absolutely positively would not recommend this doctor's office! They work with a bare minimum staff of 2 and are exceptionally rude, mean spirited and not professional at all. Try to get an appointment is based on their hours of 9-12. They do not return phone calls and getting a referral to a specialist is almost impossible. Save yourself lots of time, energy and expense to see another doctor's office. My last visit was almost two hours then I got berated by the staff! Not just no! But, Hell no.

Her office manager, and also husband, Damien, was instructed to give me a referral to another Dr and to physical therapy. None of it was done, or there were problems with some things. When I called, Damien, over spoke me, hung up on me & when seeing my phone number on caller ID continued to pick up the phone and hang it up each time I called. I've gotten no resolution. I've been on crutches for months, part of my call was in regards to my physical therapy which he never sent the referral for.

Dr. Jackson seemed very reasonable, but her office staff was not only unprofessional, but also unable to handle paperwork, records, and referrals in a timely manner. On 3 different occasions, records that were supposed to be sent by Dr. Jackson's office or to Dr. Jackson's office, were either not sent or not received. It took 6 weeks for records to be received and orders for medical supplies to be filled. Office Manager was unreasonable on the phone and in person.

Best Doctor in the area. Great professional staff.
