The office (to make an appointment) is virtually impossible to reach: 45mins on hold - line gets disconnected. Second attempt, choose 'urgent'.....30mins on hold (!)...system tells me to leave a message with the operator....except that it then tells me the operator cannot be reached!! One better be very healthy and in no need of medical services with this practice.

Conti..injured it even more.The whole time I felt like everyone was just covering for everyone, no one except for the front desk lady at this office told me that she would've been pissed and it's not right what they are doing.I soon lost contact with her, I assume she realized maybe she shouldn't be telling me that because she can get in trouble.Overall, Dr.Silbiger is a terrible doctor.Yea they are nice, but terrible at their job.Pay the extra money for better care justin case of accident.
