Dr. Eric Runyon, DO

Dr. Runyon is fantastic. He took great care of my wife during her pregnancy, always answering questions with patience and expertise. His calming presence and genuine concern for our family made the whole experience much easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch obgyn.

I really do not know why people have cruel and mean things to say about Dr Runyon,, yes staff can be mean etc, but that doesn;t mean they do not respect you.. have you ever thought they have alot on their plate having patients treating them like garbage when they are there to here you?.. I been seeing Dr Runyon or sometime. he was the one who took care of an removal i had to have and was patient and understanding. I stopped seeing him due to the inusrance i had did not cover his office,, as soon as i got insurance from work i went ahead to make sure he was on the list and went back to his office. I am very glad I did,, Awesome dr!!!

I came first because of an issue I had. Everyone in the practice from the front desk, nurse practitioners were friendly and helpful. Dr Runyon took as much time as I needed to explain my conditions. He was very empathetic and helpful, will definitely continue coming to this practice and he is my obgyn of choice!

Made appt for Dr. Runyon, July 31 at 8:45. Upon arrival doors were closed! Receptionist shows up at 8:55, opens side door lets staff personnel in while I wait another 10 min for her to open front door. So unprofessional. Yami, Medical Assistant took blood pressure tells me Dr. Blanco will be seeing you today Dr. Runyon does not work on Mondays. I expressed I made appt for Dr. Runyon. She apologized and suggested try her out since I’m already there. I was upset and disappointed. Jessica Blanco walks in asked a few questions and if I was ready. I ask her if she’s the doctor, she said she is not a doctor, she is a Nurse Practitioner. I was deceived, humiliated, and violated! I was so distraught I didn’t realize til I got home urine sample was not taken! Urine sample is a vital part of annual examination to screen for infection, liver disease, kidneys, and bladder cancer. I don’t like the bait and switch tactics and that’s what this facility did! I should’ve followed my gut and walk out!

Came in as an urgent visit with a referral for a biopsy from the hospital. Doctor saw me and reviewed paperwork from hospital . He did not examine me , said he agreed that a biopsy needed to be done and sent me to the front to schedule appointment. The front desk said they would call me for an appointment for the biopsy , I explained it was urgent and I was having heavy bleeding . They said they couldn't help me , the doctor was completely booked for the next 3-4 weeks and they would call me with the appointment. My visit with the doctor was July 18. Today is 24 at 11 pm in the evening and I have yet to receive a phone call to schedule my urgent Biopsy. Thankfully I found another Gynocologist who performed the biopsy already. Long wait, lots of people, overbooked appointments. Dr Runyon should not be taking on any new patients if he cannot treat the ones he has with an acceptable timeframe and dedication.

Dr. Runyon was my first experience with a male doctor and i must say the first experience was a breeze. He was super professional and knowledgeable, the wait was average like in any other doctors office but rapid at the same time. Definitely happy that i found him.
