Did two great colonoscopies for me in the past but it seems that his current staff puts a brick wall between the patient and scheduling anything. They completely lack the temperament for dealing with elderly(or any aged) patients who might have a problem albeit a serious problem. Worked on getting an appointment for 6 months with no results even though they cancelled on me twice and gave me false information.

Dr Pollack was very kind and gentle in his approach while being very thorough in his explanations. He was very funny as well which is quite unusual for a Dr.
The only complaint that I have is that I had trouble scheduling an appointment and the staff at the front desk could be more friendly
