Dr. Eric Padron, MD

Dr Padron is patient, understanding, and so knowledgeable about my disease.

Dr Padron was very helpful and efficient.

The doctor was patient and clear with the discussion of my health.

Dr. Padrone was supposed to be responsible for directing my father's treatment for MDS, but as my father's disease progressed Dr. Padrone repeatedly failed to respond over many months to calls and emails from either my father's local clinician or my father directly. On his last appointment with my very sick father, who traveled for hours for his appointment, Dr. Padrone kept my father waiting for more than an hour and then dismissed him within moments without offering any words or comfort or care guidelines. It has now been almost a month since I notified Dr. Padrone of my father's death, and he still has not had the decency to acknowledge our family's loss. I would not recommend anyone to his care. Perhaps he is useful in the lab, but I would never recommend any patient to his care.

My father was under Dr. Eric Patrone and Moffitt care for less than a year. He and his staff we very negligent throughout my father's treatments there. They did an awful job with with monitoring him and allowed my father go from chronic leukemia to acute leukemia within months of their pathetic care. My father was consistently told his cancer was not progressing. The chemotherapy drugs there were giving him had numerous side effects but these side effects where never noticed by Dr. Patrone.

My father was referred to Dr. Patrone at Moffitt hospital in 2015. Dr Patrone placed my father on chemotherapy and also advised that he was eligible for clinical-trials however, he made my father wait for months to qualify for these clincal trials and placed my father on a drug called Hyrdea... While under Dr. Patrone's care ... my father developed a number of serious side effect and these side effects hcaused and number of serious issues and eventually killed my father.
