I have visited Dr Nordstrom many times. His staff is great. Appointments are on time. It’s routine to meet briefly with a nurse, then the doctor, then the financial employee who clearly explains what your insurance will pay as well as what you will pay out-of pocket. The doctor returns quickly and moves on with your procedure. I found Dr Nordstrom to be very kind. He listens to his patients, and stays in contact with your dentist if necessary, and makes recommendations. I will not go to any other oral surgeon.

Dr Nordstorm and staff were thoroughly professional but kind and upbeat. They explained all treatment options in detail (including cost) before starting treatment. They worked with me with paying for procedure. My extraction and implant procedure went much more quickly and smoothly than I anticipated. I would (and have) recommend this office.

I had to have quite a bit of extensive dental work done this year. Dr. Nordstrom did a sinus lift, patched a hole in my sinus, and a bone graft. He was very professional at the first appointment, explaining all of my options, the time frame for everything, and answering any questions that I had. I had the procedure done, and everyone at his office treated me very well- polite, kind, making sure that I was comfortable. He walked me through the procedure and asked if I had questions.

Dr. Nordstrom and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nordstrom put my worries of wisdom teeth extraction to rest by being honest and informative about the extraction. After my surgery, he even personally called to ensure I was doing well, which was quite amazing! I would definitely recommend Dr. Nordstrom's office to anyone.
