I needed a tooth extraction of a molar. I did not want it done with anesthesia as I have never needed anesthesia for any of my other tooth extractions (wisdom teeth & a molar). He was very receptive to doing the procedure in the way that would I felt most comfortable with. Answered all my questions, was personable, professional and efficient. He explained everything he was doing during the procedure and what I should expect or experience. He personally called me a few days after the procedure to check on my post procedure recovery. The office staff was kind and competent. Overall it was a positive experience...as much as one can experience having a tooth pulled.
