Rushed Appt & Misdiagnosis
I think Dr Liu spent about 10 minutes TOPS addressing my hand pain in Nov 2021. Didn't even look at my hands let alone touch them. Said I was fidgety & sent me on my way. I have carpal tunnel in BOTH hands. Getting surgery this week.

Absolutely would recommend Dr Liu to family and friends. Very professional, actually LISTENS and is thoughtful in his responses. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Liu as my doctor.

Nice doctor, but denied that the issue I came in for was a problem. Not that I expect someone to lie and say something is wrong when it isn't. However, when you go to a doctor and you know there is an issue and instead of trying to brainstorm to help you and listen to your concerns, they just say "Nope, you're good, anything else" and out the door you go - I can't say he is a bad doctor, but I would choose one who cares, listens and goes the extra mile, and I can't say he is the one for the job.

He performed a small sergery to remove some cysts on my neck, but did not tell me my insurrance does not cover it. I had to pay over $175.
