Dr. Lin took care of my mother and father, who became residents at Belmont Village at age 97. Dr. Lin always spent a lot of time with them, talking about their concerns and answering all my mother's questions. He frequently reached out to me, their daughter, to provide updates and discuss concerns, and responded quickly to both texts and phone calls. He had a good working relationship with the Belmont nurse's team, and effectively coordinated their care. He was especially helpful when my mother went into the hospital a few years ago, working with the hospital and with me to get her released faster and continue her care in her residence, and later with discussing hospice care. Most importantly, my mother LIKED him, trusted him, and listened to him, which was not always easy to achieve. Thank heaven for Dr. Lin!
