I am writing to formally express my outrage and deep disappointment regarding Dr. Eric Anthony Lee’s outright refusal to support my medically necessary request for FMLA leave. His actions have not only obstructed my ability to manage my health and personal affairs but have also directly contributed to the worsening of my situational anxiety, grief, and stress.I requested documentation for three months of continuous leave due to the significant emotional and mental burden following the passing of my father. As the sole person responsible for settling his international assets, I have been unable to complete these obligations while maintaining a full-time work schedule. Despite my clear explanation of this necessity, and the fact that my director and supervisors fully support my leave, Dr. Lee has refused to provide the required documentation, citing an inaccurate claim that 'only the department for FMLA can do that.' I listed him as the provider to complete my certification and he gave

One of the worst doctors I've had to interact with
Dr Eric Lee's staff is friendly, but he is sadly one of the least empathetic doctors that I've interacted with at Kaiser (or any other hospital group). I would stay far, far away from him. He gave me information that was in stark contrast to the recommendations I received from other physicians.
