New Lenses, New Sight
Cataract surgery in August for both eyes using dropless procedure. Both experiences went well - no problems. After 65 years of wearing glasses, I now only need them for reading. Dr Larson has great surgical skills!

Highly recommended!!
Dr Larson did cataract surgery on both of my eyes. The surgery was very easy and he and his staff were very informative. I also have fuches dystrophy and will have to have those surgeries in the future. I will absolutely go back to Dr Larson for those surgeries as well. Dr. Larson was very kind and patiently answered all of my many questions. I would highly recommend Dr Larson and his staff to others.

Dr Larson did a complete thickness cornea transplant on my right eye. I can not express enough how easy the recovery was for this and the great result. He has been a great blessing to me in receiving my eye sight back! I highly recommend Dr Larson. He gets right to the point.

patient
I was diagnosed with 2 forms of glaucoma approx 20 years ago. i was seeing specialists who treated me with eye drops, laser surgery, and trabeculectomy in both eyes which failed. We moved to the Oshkosh area 6 years ago and were blessed to find Dr Larson. He reviewed my records and knew exactly what needed to be done to stabilize my pressure ( which at that time were 25-30) he suggested implant surgery that was very successful. My pressures are down to 10-12 and remain stable. I no longer need drops on r eye, field vision tests remain stable. Thanks are not enough Dr Larson! I give you 10 stars

Dr. Larson Eye Surgery
Dr. Larson performed a significant operation on my eye and did a wonderful job. Not only was the surgery successful, but the appointments leading up to the surgery were just what you would want from your doctor. He explained the surgery, the reason and the recovery in terms that were easy to follow and understandable. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel inadequate. The day of the surgery, I was scheduled late in the day, but he came in and spent time with me to make sure I was comfortable and put me at ease, even though I could see he was busy. Finally, the results were more than I could have anticipated. He was fantastic and I would highly recommend him.

Rude
Very impersonal, rude and he didn’t even do a complete examination or explain. Made it seem like I was wasting his time. Will never see him again!

Not good.
The only thing he is interested in is doing eye surgery. The staff has you fill out numerous forms where you are asked to agree that if you need eye surgery that you will have it BEFORE THE DR EVEN SEES YOU! I was there due to the fact that I was was concerned about the sight in my right eye. When I saw him, and told him that I already had implants to correct cataracts, he just said... You have 20 20 and that was it. Four months later I went to an optometrist who determined that I have nerve damage in my right eye and that he suspected glaucoma. Would have been nice to start treating it 6 months sooner! This guy's an insult to the profession!

This guy is top of the line. You can tell he knows his stuff, as he is expedient, decisive and clear on what he is doing. I had both eyes done and was 20/20 on first one in two weeks, and it has only been 4 days since surgery on the left eye, and vision is clearer every day. Glasses? Good bye! (After 50 years of buying them and reaching for them first thing in the morning!)
