The Best There Is
Dr. Kramer is amazing. He makes you feel very comfortable. Like you have known him for years. He asks questions and listens to you. He explains things in a very simple and down to earth style. His office is like a WWII museum since he used to treat many vets of that era. They donated many WWII pix and artifacts that he cherishes. Dr. Kramer is one of a kind and I wish there were more like him.His office staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very fortunate to have been referred to him.

Great neurologist
Dr. Kramer is a very personable doctor, listens carefully when you talk. He picked up on the symptoms of tardive dyskinesia when none of the other doctors did. The medication he prescribed worked wonderfully. He even talked to my daughter during my visit when I mentioned that she was concerned.

Their receptionist is ride
I called six months ago to try and get an appointment as all my doctors are part of this group. When I called the receptionist said they didn’t have any appointments for six months and asked what was wrong. When I told her she said they don’t really treat nerve issues and recommended I go elsewhere. She was very curt. My friend just called as she has pain in her head and the receptionist literally yelled at her that she needs a referral. She tried to explain she has PPO and doesn’t but the lady said don’t call back without a referral and hung up. Hope they record calls because this woman needs to be disciplined.

Dr. Kramer is the most kind, caring, intelligent Dr. I have ever met. He takes his time and explains things in a way that is just like a friend sitting on your porch. From the time he gets you from the waiting room until the time he walks you out, he is 100% all about caring for you. Thank you for all that you do! You make hard times easier on families!
