Where do I start? 24 hours before my son was born I went to an appointment but Dr Hazelrigg 'forgot' I was there and left for the day. His staff sent me to the hospital where I was admitted. After 24 hours, an emergency cesarean was declared. I was placed in ICU 'expected to expire' and my son was in the NICU. Dr Hazelrigg had failed to diagnose my preclampsia and my son and I almost died as a result. To make things worse, I was in the hospital for a total of 6 days and he didn't bother to show up even once!!!!

This doctor saved my life
I had an incident and had to be brought to banner by ambulance . I was in bad shape with internal bleeding and a ruptured uterus. I was barely clinging to life. Dr Hazelrigg properly identified the issue assured my family I would be ok and rushed me into surgery . Dr Hazelrigg had the ability to accurately perform the surgery while preserving my ability to have children in the future which required empathy and an understanding of his patients needs. Following surgery he immediately called family to provide updates and personally checked on me post surgery. I would recommend this doctor to anybody . This doctor saved my life

I went to go see doctor hazelrick about my perry menopause. He Took his time explaining everything to me as far as symptoms. I was having and different supplements to try. He was my second doctor I talked to about this and he was so much more efficient than the other one. I saw last year. I left feeling like finally. Somebody understood what I was going through and willing to help me.

Obgyn Care
Dr. Hazelrigg is caring and has compassion, not only for all his patients, but for his community. As an MD he is one of the best I’ve had, he is attentive to my physical and psychological needs and always takes an unbelievable amount of time to truly listen and educate me. He is anticipatory of my needs as a patient and has gone out of his way to assist me with any concern I’ve had. He is an amazing provider with a huge heart as he volunteers his time and expertise in the community free of charge. I am continually impressed by his knowledge of the profession and the outreach he provides to our community that is in need of his services.

I agreed to a surgical procedure recommended by Dr. Hazelrigg to diagnose endometriosis. Unbeknownst to me, he scheduled me as his last patient before he left the country for a 3 week vacation. Apparently, he was already in vacation mode during the surgery because he punctured my bladder in 2 places. Several days later, I required emergency surgery to correct the problem. I have never been in more pain in my life, and I'm left with a large scar down my entire abdomen. I never received an apology from Dr. Hazelrigg. I hope he enjoyed his vacation.

Dr. Hazelrigg will tell you an Endometrial Ablation bleeding will last 2 weeks, then you call after 3 weeks of bleeding and he will then tell you it could take up to 3 or 4 weeks. Once you have hit the 4 weeks, you will call his office and ask to speak to another doctor due to Dr. Hazelriggs being on vacation. The other Dr. tells you it could be longer then 4 weeks depending on your body. I felt I was being blown off because the Dr. didn't want to deal with my problem. Lack of care and attention

I had an amazing expierence with Dr. Hazelrigg in 2014. When I was probably 36 weeks pergnant he took me in. I had a previous obgyn that was so ignorant and seemed to be doing his job just for the money. My health insurance recommended me Dr. Hazelrigg and he was amazing with me since the day i met him. He also explains things fast and to the point and hes very down to earth. Great doctor!!
